If you are obsessed with the Keto diet, you’ll want to prepare the sugar-free cheesecake right away.
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1/4 c shredded coconut
- 3 blocks cream cheese on room temperature
- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
- fresh strawberries (for topping)

Instructions
- Set the oven on 300 degrees to preheat.
- Start by greasing a pan and covering it with foil.
- You will need a bowl, where you mix the shredded coconut, butter, almond flour, and coconut flour. This will be the crust of the sugar-free cheesecake. Place it on the pan and leave it in the fridge.
- In the meantime grab another bowl, and add the cream cheese and sour cream. Beat them and then include the stevia and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture once again to get a nice consistency. Now you’re done with the filling. It goes on top of the crust on the pan.
- During the following step, put the pan in a water bath. Leave it in the oven for an hour and 20 minutes. When it is only a bit jiggly, turn the oven off. You should still leave the sugar-free cheesecake inside for an extra hour. Also, make sure that the door of the oven is slightly open.
- Once the time is up, take the pan out of the oven and leave in the fridge during the night.
