Ahh, peanut butter. One of the tastiest spreads around, and yet we tend to automatically assume it’s only good for one thing: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. There is, of course, nothing wrong with that—because peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are literally incredible. However, there are a few other great ways to use peanut butter, and some which you might not expect!
Dip for Fruits
Have you ever dipped a crisp apple wedge into a bowl of peanut butter? Go ahead, do it right now if you haven’t! It’s literally like heaven on earth, and we strongly urge you to incorporate it into your life. Other fruits work as well.
You might think this isn’t so different than the aforementioned classic sandwich, but answer this question: how often have you eaten peanut butter on an open-faced toasted piece of bread? Trust us when we say that it makes a world of difference, and it’s oh-so-delicious.
Red Curry Sauce
If you’ve ever eaten at an ethnic restaurant and ordered the Red Curry, there’s a good chance that peanut butter is mixed into the sauce. You can make a sauce like this at home as well, and you’ll thank us when you’re done!
