Wrestler-turned-action-star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is known for occasionally taking a break from his strict diet and indulging in some epic cheat meals. One of those occasions was when the Black Adam star decided to do a post-workout cheat meal for breakfast and share it with his social media followers.
“I’m doing it up big,” said Johnson to start the presentation of his latest cheat meal in a video posted on his Instagram. The Black Adam star then went on to show what he would be having for the first meal of the deal.
The Rock’s breakfast started with a 12-egg omelet consisting of three whole eggs and nine whites accompanied by crispy Turkey bacon and cornbread muffins from one of his local spots. But that is just the beginning.
As the Rock is recording the video, he is also cooking a large number of coconut-banana pancakes. These pancakes are the creation of Chef Puttie, his family chef. And finally, he also has a generous amount of “homemade” sweet biscuits from Pillsbury.
“None of this, by the way, has any chance of survival,” concludes Johnson.
