It’s practically impossible to separate summer and lemonade—and why would you want to?! The beverage is the poster drink for relaxing by the pool and quenching your thirst after being in the heat.

Everyone has a classic lemonade recipe on hand, but we’re pretty sure you’ve never had lemonade quite like this! First, this Brazilian lemonade actually uses limes instead of the signature yellow fruit—and it’s also super easy to make. Full of flavor, the creamy take on lemonade works as the perfect base for a cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups water
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Wash your limes and cut them into eighths with the skin still on. Place them in a blender with the water and honey and pulse 8 times.
  2. Strain the liquid and put it back in the blender. Add in the condensed milk and blend.
  3. Serve over ice.
