No dinner party can go without some bruschettas since they’re one of the tastiest and most popular appetizers out there. Another great thing about them is that they’re super-easy to make and you can turn them into pure perfection by avoiding these common mistakes.

The Right Bread

Your bruschettas will be as good as the bread you’re using to make them. Fresh baguettes with light texture will do wonders for your bruschettas, as long as you slice them right. They shouldn’t be too thin or too thick, and it’s important to toast them correctly to achieve a crispy exterior while keeping them soft on the inside.

Dry Bruschettas

If you think your bruschettas are a little bit too dry, it’s probably because you skipped one important step after toasting them. It’s recommended to brush each piece of toast with oil, but don’t go overboard when it comes to this step because your bruschettas may end up too soggy.

Too Many Toppings

Keep it light with your bruschettas toppings, because people can’t really help themselves out with utensils when eating them. If you load them with too many toppings, some of the ingredients may fall down because a tiny piece of bread can’t hold them.
