If you’re trying to eat more vegetables but have always hated them, have no fear. There are different ways you can approach the task of veggie consumption, and sometimes all it takes is just finding the one that works best for you. So without further ado, here are three different ways you can eat vegetables.

Steamed

Out of all these methods, this one is the closest to eating veggies in their raw form. Using a steamer or a pot, you can essentially cook your veggies by using steam. This will make them much easier to eat, and you may find that you like it a lot better than eating them raw. And plus, it’s one of the healthiest ways to eat veggies!

In Soup

There are two main ways to eat veggies in soup: where the vegetable is in the actual soup, or where the vegetables IS the soup. In the latter option, the vegetable is usually pureed, like a cream of broccoli soup. These are both excellent ways to get you into veggies.

In Sandwiches

Another great way to “ease into” veggie-eating is by putting them in a sandwich. Even an innocent cucumber in a bagel with cream cheese can be a very effective way of showing you just how tasty they can be.
