Drinking soda and other industrial sugary drinks doesn’t do you any good, but breaking the habit can be very difficult. The best thing you can do is replace the drinks you currently enjoy with healthier versions—and here are some of our favorites that are both delicious and fresh.
Pour some freshwater into a pitcher and add your favorite fruits, vegetables, and herbs. You can make many different combinations and these are a few that we love the most:

Homemade Iced Tea
Start off by brewing green tea, add some honey and mint to it, and then let it cool down. Serve in nice glasses over ice and enjoy your homemade version of iced tea that’s not full of industrial ingredients like the store-bought versions. You can easily change its flavor by mixing in your favorite herbal or fruit tea.
